Exchange And Return Policy.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. All items sold are final sales except manufacturing defects. All items sold and not refundable.

We strongly suggest advice customers to thoroughly check their goods upon receipt. To protect your interest, any claim concerning short delivery, damaged or defective goods found on delivery, and concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified as soon as possible by emailing / WhatsApp through

017-698 0500.

Please note that we require images or videos as well to better assist you with regards to the defective item.

Validity For Exchanges.

All exchanges would need to be raised within 3 days once receiving the goods. All requests for returns, however, would need to be strictly made through email / WhatsApp through 017-698 0500 with images and videos of the item.

  1. You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

  2. Kindly print and fill up the Exchange Request Form and attach with the item in its original condition and packaging.

  3. Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.

  4. Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your exchange is ready. Generally, the processing period is 7 working days upon receipt of your parcel.

  5. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.

  6. However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavour to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or any other methods at the discretion of

  1. All items that are exchanged, can only be made once.

  2. None of the item(s) is refundable once the payment is done or the delivery has shipped out.

  3. We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free exchange if the subsequent item(s) for exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.

  4. Our exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wears and tear of a product.

  5. HausWhizz makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.

  6. All decisions made by is final.
